Need Advice/help to enlarge enterance/porch

Hello All
I am new member and would like your expert help/advice. I want to change layout at enterance to increase the hallway space and also retain the bathroom. I am happy to reduce size of bathroom.
Please see attached floor plan, please let me know if any further details are needed. Looking forward to seek help.
Bathroom Requirements:
1. Decent Shower Square with ceiling shower
2. Basin on quartz counter top with some storage underneath
3. Wall mounted Commode to save space.
I have planned for double door buy I am happy if yhere is better idea or if I should go for single door. Please feel free to propose.

Definitely art deco. This is a hard one. From houzz pictures, it looks as though you could extend the Juliet floor out and then add a roof but a builder would have to figure that one out. You could have another roof line on the side and have your porch there and access it from inside, which might turn out even better as you would have a great summer entertaining spot. Have you put in Art Deco in exterior photos? Great ideas.

The undercounter or stacked machines behind cabinetry sounds great. With the machines under the counter you create a generous work surface above for folding clean laundry or for kitchen tasks. The advantage of a sunny exposure for laundry is that you can more easily see potential stains to be treated and little rips to be mended. My washer and dryer are in my kitchen area. The noise is not so noticeable in the kitchen as it is in the room that backs onto the laundry machines. Coordinating the timing of the wash and dry helps reduce the noise intrusion while that other room is being used.
