Looked on blinds2 go but need bit help to pick a pair of bedroom curtains like greys beiges

I’m looking at getting a blind from there at the mo - I can recommend their free sample service - they deliver really quickly! I’m also looking at greys and it’s definitely better to see them in the flesh.

I do not see velvets and silks for a kitchen sink window sorry. There are plenty of gorgeous fabrics around with beautiful damask or geometric pattern that are striking, that could be found in a faux silk or linen. Velvet is something that I would never put in a kitchen. But it is your kitchen.

One problem is that your curtains aren't full enough for the wide window. Houzz might have a formula but I found one here: http://www.ehow.com/way_6038775_many-should-hung-double-window_.html. Also, try this: remove the tie backs and let the curtains fall naturally. That should help a little with the fullness. Then buy pillows that bring in those colors. You can also add color to that bookcase by painting it the same color as the wall for a more built-in look. Add more collectibles or books to the shelves. Then find a large graphic poster for that long wall. Next pull the sofa and chairs closer to the fireplace so that they have at least two feet on the rug. Pull the end table closer to the furniture. Drop the picture on the right of the window down about 5". It's way too high.

Gorgeous sofas! Would you consider using the Thibaut print suggested by Judy G Designs in a soft fold Roman shade? You don't say how many windows there are in the room. But Straight edge on the bottom, outside mount, clean and simple. The print has enough activity.

Faux silk has come along way and can be a more appropriate material for home owners who live near the ocean and/or have South-Southwest exposure. Atmospheric conditions combined with direct sunlight is the most damaging. Replacing your panels with another set of silk/faux-silk panels might not provide enough of the design change your looking for. PS - my favourite so far is one of their cheaper ones called Cavendish Grey Wash. it’s quite a neutral beigey grey.

Yes I like that one madrigal antique silver is my favourite so far but I see this new trend wave curtains was wondering would they suit a low ceiling
