Fitting external pitched roof extractor

Hi I am looking to get some help on how to fit Luxair Ceiling hood extractor. We got the luxair ceiling hood with an extrenal motor that goes outside the tiled roof. I attach the picture of how it supposed to look. Our builder is unsure of how to make this water tight. any advice would be greately appreciated. many thanks - Sara

    I'd give them a call as their website doesn't give any information and the pdf with the fitting information is also useless. some of the worst instructions i've ever seen for an appliance. they must have a technical department for advice.
