Any business owners here collect direct debits?

Sorry this is a bit off topic, but I've had a lot of good advice on this forum so why not!


I run an online jewellery subscription service and as the business has grown (thankfully) I've decided it's time to invest in some software that will enable me to collect direct debits efficiently, without having to set these payments up manually month on month. I'm looking into Interbacs' direct debit management system - does anyone have any experience here with a software that can automate this process for me?
