Edwardian scullery- anything worth keeping....?

Hi! We’re looking to renovate our basement and turn into a kitchen diner. It has the original scullery in it with sink and laundry pot. Are these really common to find? Don’t want to take them out if they’re a rarer find- but equally don’t know how we’d translate them into a modern kitchen. Advice welcome!
