help with kitchen/lounge layout

I struggle to get the best of the small space we have for kitchen / lounge room in our flat.
Clockwise: french doors are leading into the terrace, bathroom door, tiny hallway,
bedroom door, two windows.
The sketch I attached is the best I could think to position all built-in appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), sofa bed and a small bar table.
A table/bar table for 4 would be ideal, but I can’t fit it anywhere.
Any thoughts, ideas will be very much appreciated :)
