Looking for ideas on colour. I am getting a built in wardrobe made in this room. The walls are “card room green” from F&B. White wardrobes are my least preference but not sure what other colours would go well nicely. The wardrobes will be sprayed so I have to pick a colour. Any suggestion welcome!
I think a white shaker style wardrobe would look lovely and will tie in nicely with the white woodwork. I just think green and white go well together. My wardrobes are taupe (see below) but I’m not sure if it goes with green. Another option is to paint them the same colour as the walls?
How's about picking up the cord colour on your pendant light for something a bit different n a pop of personality?! Or a different shade of Green say the Studio Green, deep and luxurious or a slightly different tone say Green Smoke? Failing that how's about Drop Cloth, very regency I would say. Good Luck with your project x
Thank you both. Was initially thinking studio green but given it’s a small room not sure if it would make it dark. Despite I didn’t want white probably that’s what I am leaning towards now to make the room “classic”. Saw some pictures and actually they are quite nice. I think I just need more convincing :)
Can you show a pic of the room and where the wardrobes wil be. Also what is in the floor.... think all these things can change how a room looks and how it fits together.
If you are not sure on a bright white farrow and ball “Off white” would be a good alternative for the space. “Strong White” is also another great off white finish and would keep the room light.
