Room on garage and front porch

Hi
Seeking advice from great advisers . Presently , garage was converted to office. I want to build room on top of flat roof. This could be separate room or just make existing wider so as to add ensuite. Also want a dramatic entrance , something like pitched roof porch. Is this possible , as I do not like flat roof on office, and no bedrooms have ensuite. I also looking to see how this can be done , window on LHS would be blocked by room on flat roof . Also flat roof is not full width on LHS. Are there any other options than what I am suggesting?
