We are dealing with an awkward period flat layout in that the bathroom is too small and kitchen isn't very usable for us in it's U shape as there is limited cupboard space and the fridge and washing machine stick out. Wondering if anyone has any layout ideas or knows if our idea would be feasible? We can't extend as we're a terrace house with 1 flat above and 1 flat below.
Hi! Can you move wall between kitchen and bedroom (appart from the corner bit is it. Chimney breast?), would you be willing to shorten the bedroom just slightly?
Sometimes less is more. My kitchen is just 230cm, so the fridge freezer, oven and washing machine are in our bootroom, just off the kitchen. Might be an idea (if allowed in hallways)?
