Cloakroom toilet - how to arrange this space!?

I need help on arranging the washing machine, toilet and sink. The room is 1800mm (w) x 1000mm (d)
The goal is to have a toilet downstairs. I have this closet/cloakroom just off my kitchen which had a cupboard and washing machine in. I want to keep the washing in the room, but also want to fit a toilet and sink (basin) but space is very tight.My good lady advises a toilet with a sink in the cistern is out of the question, but would be the best solution
