Help with furniture layout in the living room

Hi
We just bought a house and this is what the living room looks like right now. All the furniture is from the previous owner. We are planning to paint the walls white, put some nice wooden flooring and change the fireplace to a more modern one. We need to buy all the furniture soon but I'm not even sure where everything should go. Where would you place the TV, sofa & other sitting, coffee table etc? I'd love any help with the layout, feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment!
