Relocate water tank

Hiya am in a new build bungalow my water tank is in a airing cupboard in my hallway I also have solar panels am sure that's what the tank run from am looking to move the tank into the attic space give me the cupboard back move a radiator in my bedroom to the side wall so I can claim the cupboard make it a wardrobe as need the the storrage any idea how much this would cost us any advice be much appreciated
