You need to better explain your dilemma. Why do bathrooms need to move? Do you want advice on a new layout? If so why are you extending? What are you hoping to gain?
We would like to extend the kitchen out as it’s very awkward with large family, then knock through to the dining area which means we would loose the toilet. We would also like to the the front living area separate again. With upstairs the layout does not show you the chimney breast in the master bedroom and creating an en-suite I feel will off balance the room.
My advice would be to consult a structural engineer, as there are quite a few loadbearing walls involved, old extensions, sewage, etc. But here some simple scetches that might inspire you:
