Under stairs coat/shoes/buggy organisation - please help!

Please can you help me work out how to arrange my under stair storage. It needs to store shoes, coats (not too many, just the ones we are wearing, coat storage is upstairs), and a buggy. We have the gas meter boxes in as you can see, a bit in the way, can’t do anything about that (we have a cupboard door that needs to go in it). We have left it open as need buggy to be in and out and it fits under the small part of the stairs if that helps. Please excuse the mess - hence why we need the coat/shoe organisation sorted! Thanks.

    I'd suggest either seeking out a specialist company (there are several online) or a good (must be good!) local carpenter to make something bespoke for you.
