How to heat small 1 bedroom, 1 shower garden annex

Hello I'm hoping someone can give some advise! We are currently building a small 9m x 4m annex in our garden and trying to figure out the most efficient/cost effective way to heat it!
There will be 3 radiators, a shower and a sink to heat and I have no idea about whats the best way to do this!!
Please help😫 rough costs would be greatly appreciated lol x
