Remodel Ground Floor - Victorian Terrace London

Hi All,
House is a Victorian Terrace in London.
We are open to knocking down walls.
What we are looking to achieve is:
- open plan / entertaining space
- large kitchen
- dining table for 8
- utility room
- TV area
Reduced ceiling height area is frustrating.
- Small area by stairs - this is where the stairs turn and likely difficult to change
- Larger area, this is below a first floor room, we could look to change the ceiling/floor height.
Would be grateful for any thoughts and ideas.
Thanks

Hi, once you have decided on a layout, we can provide you with a budget cost estimate. The budget cost estimate provides a detailed breakdown of works and expenses as well as highlighting potential areas where you can save money. If this is something of interest please send the plans and photos to hello@nestestimating.co.uk and we can provide you with a quote

Property is a three storey Victorian Terrace, so also wondering about

-knocking down walls/having an open plan downstairs

    • open staircaee on all three floors

And how that works with fire regs.

Was hoping to get some advice on here.

    Thanks
