Hi, we visited today the construction site and we believe that the 1st floor is quite tight in space...it does not feel right, especially around the escalier. Our idea would be to remove partly the wall of the middle bedroom next to the escalier and replace with glass metal door that would be folding or sliding next to the side walls. This way we still have a 3rd bedroom (we have 1 kid) but we also can use it for office space etc. What you think? Any ideas, challenges you see? Could this compromise after sale value of the house somehow? In our mind it's actually improving the project. Thank you!
