TECE cisterns and Vado capsule?

Hi, two questions!!!
1. Has anyone heard of or used TECE for their concealed cistern and flush plate (wall hung)? We have been advised that this would be a suitable cistern. We were initially looking at a Villeroy Boch concealed cistern and flush plate.
2. Capsule for under a bath with deck mounted shower control. Again-advised to consider this to allow water to go to waste under a bath where we are having a deck mounted hand held shower on our bath. Anyone used this before!?
