Layout Advisor?

We live in an old farmer's cottage. It has been extended twice. As a result, the downstairs layout is odd. We're looking for someone to advise on a new layout. Who should we contact for this? An architect? Interior designer? Thanks all!

    An architect, I would say. Or maybe a concept planner, like OnePlan, who you can find in the pro section here on Houzz
