Condensation/mould on inside roof of new built shed.

I hope you can give me some advice on my current predicament. During lockdown and retirement I built a 12' × 10' shed/mancave. All seemed well until recently when water penetration/seeping was coming through the featherboard which is causing condensation on the roof which is very damp and is causing mould. The roof was felted and sealed with a blowtorch no screws or nails used. The outside wood has been painted with Sadolin paint the result is visible from the outside as the water is just sitting on the surface ( Like a good car wax. ) Would it be ok to seal/paint the inside with something like Black Jack all weather roof coating?
I have attached a couple of photos.
Thank you and all the best for 2021.
