Recommendations for burglar alarm

Hi Folks


I am thinking of having a burglar alarm fitted in my home which can also connect to my mobile phone, and would be most grateful if you could give any recommendations.

    Consider Blink cameras. If they detect movement they can alert your phone. In my opinion people tend to ignore audible alarms so a phone alert might be better. If you see someone suspicious on camera you can phone the police.

    are you a Amazon user? if so ring is a good option although there's a small monthly fee if you want to use their cloud based CCTV recordings.

    My friend has a Ring doorbell/alarm thingy which records who approaches the house and allows you to talk to them via the doorbell/phone connection, for example for deliveries. It looks very clever and I am considering getting one myself.

    my choice is eufy, which is a similar setup to the ring apart from there's no monthly subscription.
