Hi. I have a wet patch in my ground floor ceiling in the dining room. The patch is directly underneath the upstairs toilet, and is also parallel to the conservatory gutter. I got the toilet checked by a plumber and there doesn't seem to be any issues or leaks, which makes me think that it is more of a guttering issue. The wet patch also appears a day or two after there has been rain fall. Does anyone have any thoughts on what else could be causing this? Also, who would I need to contact for repairs - a roofer or someone who deals with gutter repairs?! Thank you.
