I have a home in 80 sq.m land and the home is 70 sq.m, I would like to renovate this home and it has 2 bedrooms with one attached bathroom, one kitchen and a hall, it's a terrace home, and I dont wanna destroy the the whole house, just wants to renovate the areas and can build rooms on terrace

Hi Clodagh, I also spent a lot of time deciding whether to keep living room separate and in the very end I got builder to put in the wall. Glad now. It was hard to find places to set furniture. And there is somewhere quiet and cosy to go. Also depends on size of each of the rooms. If all small then maybe open/broken plan is a good idea. Do you have floor plans to upload?

You need to get a builder to visit the house with you and give you a rough quote. Very important to do this before you buy. No one here can tell you what the costs as there are too many variables but id say you'd be lucky to get change from 150k.

Hi, Just looking for some advice on paint for the walls in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are Warm Parchment and Pepper Pot. I'm looking at the shade Dulux Delicate Willow for the walls but I'm wondering would it be too dark as the kitchen would be dark. We have 2 Windows, one North facing and the other facing West.
