Hello. I am looking at purchasing this property in Whitsable. I am keen to add an extension to the property to extend the living space however I have no idea how much this would cost... can anyone lend a hand please?? Thank you
It depends how big the area added. Usually priced about £1800 per square metre so a 3 X 4 m room extension could cost about £22,000 plus any fancy glazing/flooring/kitchen etc
Hi Stephanie, we recently provided a first time buyer with a budget cost estimate for similar works. The budget cost estimate provides a detailed breakdown of works and expenses as well as highlighting potential areas where you can save money. They were then able to determine whether they wanted to go ahead with the purchase of the property. If this is something of interest please send the plans and photos to hello@nestestimating.co.uk and we can provide you with a quote. We can also send you an example estimate.
