Downstairs Loo Flooring

Hi, I would be grateful for any advice here...

I am currently renovating my downstairs toilet and cloakroom, the plan is to remove the cloakroom part and have one larger room. All that will be in there is a loo and vanity basin. I want to include a Colosseum Radiator in Anthracite Grey and I have fallen in love with the sink unit in the photo. My problem is the flooring, I feel tiles will be too cold, and wood wouldn't match the minimalist sink design. There are two windows in the room and its currently part tiled, which were cold to walk on last winter. I am reluctant to install underfloor heating as the size of the rom may reduce 2ft if we have planning permission passed for an extension. ( I know sounds odd) this room has to be done now as it is in a poor state of disrepair, and you know what happens, If I don't do it, the planning will never happen and the project will stay undone for years,

Im looking for flooring advice please, warm underfoot, can blend easily with the wooden hall ( oak) and will match the gorgeous new sink.

Ps. We are removing the dividing wall between the vanity basin and loo.
