Had anyone successfully cleaned out twinwall greenhouse polycarbonate

Hi. I have just picked up a fabulous greenhouse off freecycle. It's in really good condition apart from the previous owners had not taped up the twinwall prior to installation and it has got rather yuck inside. I would like to not spend any money on replacement polycarbonate so wondering if anyone has successfully cleaned out before.
