Advice on 1930s hallway colour scheme

last month

Hi everyone,
We are putting together a new colour scheme for our 1930s semi hallway. The tiles are the only thing currently purchased and we are very happy with our choice.

Below there are two colour schemes. The first with Sulking Room pink (colour behind the tiles) and the second one is with Dead Salmon. We are planning to paint Railings on some of the stairs and use Shaded White for skirting boards and maybe ceiling as well (all colours mentioned are from Farrow and Ball).

The hallway is south facing so very sunny most of the day.

I’m more inclined to go for the Dead Salmon scheme as there is less pink in it.

Any ideas appreciated.
Thank you!
