Hi, we are about to choose the flooring for our new house living room. And we have been feeing very attracted by LVT such as karndean (brand). Please, could you let me know any experiences with them? we have underfloor heating as well... what could be the best option? Thank you!

Hi! We sell both Karndean LVT and Engineered Wood. Both work brilliantly with underfloor heating. We would say that LVT is slightly more durable than engineered wood, as it EW can swell when it becomes damp. It is also easy to lay and repair as tiles can be removed and replaced. For more information, you can visit our advice centre where we have guides for both flooring types or you can order a free sample.
