decay? how do I stop it.

these wrinkles were not there yesterday. it's only on one of the leaves.

is there a way to save it?

i have just set them in the window a d on top of dry paper towel.

Oh I love a quiz! I’m going for leaves from a succulent, not sure of the species but someone will know for the gold star! If they fell off it’s overwatering... the wrinkles are them dehydrating.... do I win?

Hi, I have the same problem in my hallway. If your budget is tight, just replacing the ceiling light with something like a starburst pendant with at least 6 bulbs would instantly improve the space. Also I would hang some bold and bright artwork on the walls and put a runner on the floor. Mirrors are also great for your space. I'm attaching a photo example. See how the eye is instantly drawn to the bold door? Also if you can repaint the wall, I would recommend you to use glossy finish paint so the light can bounce off the walls too. The tile is very pretty. I don't know if it is just the colours showing up differently on screen but the light grey appears to be a different tone (more purple to me) than your tile. If you want a light grey I would take the tile to the store and try for a better match. The dark color ties in nicely to the tile and could be very dramatic and stunning if the room gets a lot of light.

Looks like a Crassula Ovata or money tree. Likes bright indirect light and don't overwater. Mine always died which may explain a lot :) Your post made me smirk Sonia.
