Custom blind with single side operation!

Hi,

Our window is over our stairwell so we can only reach one side to open/adjust the blind.

All the blinds we see online have one cord one side for up / down and one cord the other side for twisting the slats.

Anyone know anywhere I can order a blind where both adjustments are on the same side?(

    Have a look at Blinds2Go, they have a large range of blinds, made to measure, at a good price. My roman blinds have a chain on one side only so that might be an option?

    We really wanted the slatted blinds if possible

    Could you screw a little hook or eye in somewhere on the accessible side and run the up/down cord across to that side side and thread it through? Then you should be able to oprate it on that side although it might not be as smooth. The cord would need to be extrw long of course but you can extend quite easily.

    Found somewhere https://www.blinds4uk.co.uk/polar-white-wooden-blind the option to have the controls one side appears after you put in the dimensions.


    Will update how they are once they arrive :)
