We were hoping to have eyelet curtains throughout but this particular window seems problematic in that it is quite close to the ceiling. Would it look odd having eyelet curtains with the pole quite low down? Or should we consider a track system
This is the room, but we have other bedrooms with also odd shaped and located windows which is unfortunate as we do like curtains. I took photos of part of other bedrooms too. Thank you for helping
Yes put it outside if you can, will definitely help with blocking out light & it’s a softer look especially if you’re more of a curtain person ... but mixing both can look great in a room, often better than all curtains
I think with that window right by the wall, it would be difficult to have curtains anyway as there’s no room for a pole or track on the right- hand side of the window. For that one, a blind inside the recess might be necessary.
Yes tamp75 agreed. Wonder though if a Roman blind outside the recess would still work just about if fit right? Alternatively a tight fit internal blackout Roman blind may work
