Hello, I currently have oak flooring throughout downstairs, except for the kitchen area that is laminate. We are doing some works in the kitchen/diner and will require new flooring there.
I don't believe it would be possible to match the oak throughout the kitchen, even if it was, I am told that it is not recommended to use in the kitchen.
Is there any flooring that we can lay for the entire kitchen/diner room that won't look odd when it meets the oak floor in the hallway (pictured)? Any suggestions appreciated
Another option is for new flooring in hallway and living room too but we would rather not have to do this as it is perfectly good solid oak flooring.
Thanks
