Must interior trim be the same color throughout? Cream to some white?

"Builder cream" trim works in some rooms but feels tired in other areas. I live near the coast. If I go white, do I need to change all doors and trim or just find a good stopping point?

Mary, I am very glad to hear from you. I think of you often. It hurt me terribly when that unthoughtful person said what she said. I can only imagine how it must have hurt you. I would love to see how you have decorated for Christmas. I am almost certain there are differences between how our 2 countries do it. It makes me cross that people think they have a right to make some quite negative comments on this post. Masmccar76 put these photos on because she thought people would like to see a genuinely lovely transformation of her garden. Instead there have been some downright nasty comments. By all means make comments but keep them constructive. Houzz is all about is sharing ideas, not about being nasty
