Hi ๐๐ป help please :)
I am About to embark on our first home renovation and itโs already making my head hurt!
We have a 3 bed semi d built in the 50s and are hoping to extend by 3.5 -4 metres out the back, convert the garage and build over it to create a bigger 3rd bedroom and a small 4th.
Iโm finding it so difficult to finalise the design downstairs - we want an open plan kitchen dining, a decent utility, guest WC and place for the kids and us to Hang out. We are keeping the sitting room at the front as a separate sitting room and using the garage conversion as a study/office.
I would very much appreciate any thoughts, suggestions on the attached design.
