What colour should I paint this fence?
What colour should I paint our back garden fence/shed and planters?
We have a cream metal fence with dark brown trellis to one side (neighbours fence) so will need to look ok against that!
also would you do the planters a different colour?

4 years agoI would carry on with the cream theme as bambibear suggested, but I do agree that once you start painting fences they will need to be repainted after a few years. Far nicer to have a selection of plants in containers to mask the fence a little.

4 years agoI was thinking about something like this? It’s from a range called Protek in nut brown colour (it is a wood stain so would still see the grain in the wood).
then possibly a different colour for the planters?
do you think it’s too dark? Would you go with more a mid brown?
