Carron Axis low level bath for a shower?

After my recent poll, we have decided to put in a bath with shower over for resale purposes. So thank you all for your input!
I’m looking at one of the low level baths which would be much easier to take a shower in for ease of stepping in and out and we can also wash the dogs more easily as we won’t have a walk in shower we wanted.
Has anyone ever had one of these? Are they still fairly modern looking in person and don’t look like a granny bath 😂
