Replace/upgrade shower head and concealed shower valve

Please can someone advise me on what products I would need to change my shower head unit and the round concealed shower valve. Currently it’s a thermostatic valve I’m looking to replace the whole thing with new valves and shower head and needed to know what type of valve should I be looking into any help would be much appreciated.
