Help.... with contemporary Kitchen colour and tiles!

I am extending /renovating my kitchen /living area . The living area floor is a light maple solid wood which shall remain. The kitchen will be cream and black high gloss with a semi circular island red quartz worktop. What colour tile would look amazing and compliment this area, please help!!! Also I plan on putting black high gloss on the oven / larder area would this be better in cream...
