First thank you all for all the advice over the last year, it has been very helpful.

We have pretty much finished the kitchen /diner. Just some little things to get sorted.

Building work started mid August involving 3 structural walls down, beams in.

It makes me cross that people think they have a right to make some quite negative comments on this post. Masmccar76 put these photos on because she thought people would like to see a genuinely lovely transformation of her garden. Instead there have been some downright nasty comments. Thanks everyone! Yes, we love the floor now. We picked a completely different colour Karndean and I prefer this new colour!

It looks great Ellie, you must be so pleased, it was a long time in planning! It must be nice for the whole family to be able to hang out and the understairs storage must be a huge bonus too. I see you got your way on the glass pendants :)
