Nice sofas. I think it’s just wrinkled from when it was packaged and in transit. You could try using a hairdryer in circular motions while smoothing out the leather. Not sure on the exact science but I think the warm air makes the leather more supple. If it works, cool immediately after with a chilled dry tea towel or similar, it should set the leather in its new position. Shouldn’t do any damage to your sofas but if you’re concerned then ask for advice from the manufacturers.
Thanks everyone for your answers! I actually went to the store yesterday. They agreed to replace one of the couch and they will send a specialist to check the second couch and see what he can do to fix the wrinkles.
