vintage cottage needs to maximize closet space for WINTER

The Space is open currently 4 feet wide x 3 feet deep I can go as high as 8 feet to ceiling..

I need to accommodate my grandson & daughter with boots, shoes, hats scarves ..

also this is where the utility box is..
