Fixing a towel heated rail straight on a part tiled wall.

Hi I am half tiling a bathroom wall and have a heated towel rail that I'd like to keep straight. How to I bulk out the top. Its not an adjustable rail as its Victorian style and I believe you can get them with the adjustable part.


Any help, ideas would be very much appreciated.
