I have two bathrooms without an enclosed storage for toiletries (I seem to have a lot). The table space from the sink doesn't seem like a lot. How can I work thes spaces?
If any of the walls are stud walls, you can put a shallow cupboard inside the wall, this gives just enough depth for shampoo bottles and similar (the door generally has to sit on top of the wall to give enough depth). Next to or above the towel rail might work for this. If you google “between the studs” or “cupboard recessed into wall” you will find some images.
If you are ever re tiling there is probably space that could be turned into storage under the sink and even to the right of the sink behind the false wall of the shower. But it looks like it’s just been tiled so doubt you want to mess with it now!
Thanks Minipie. Super helpful. I have browserd them and wish they actually built them in so I don't have to myself but I can ask and find out if they are stud walls.
