Wall Hook Holes

Can anyone suggest a solution for this please.....nice new walls in a newly decorated lounge....so at Christmas when we hang decorations on the wall, instead of screwing in a hook or nail. I want to have a permanent hole that we could remove a white cap and screw in a hook and hang the decs. I can't find any solution other than using a white wall plug and cap. I was hoping for something a bit nicer to sink into the walls and cover with a cap. any suggestions?
