These walls look too plain beside Red Brick wall, any ideas please?
Comments (20)I agree deepen the color, don't change it and yes art art art! maybe lessen the presence of the brick with the earlier suggestion of the metal cogs its and use traditional artwork pics/nature/paintings on the painted wall. I also like the idea to paint the part of the wall that juts out in a darker shade of the same color. Now you have lots to consider and lots to dismiss as well. Good luck and have fun...See MoreBathroom issue guidance needed please?
Comments (5)Thank you for the recommendation minnie101. We currently have 5 bathroom chandeliers available at VictorianPlumbing.co.uk. Adding a chandelier to your bathroom design definately makes a statement in opulence and luxury!...See Moreliving room in need of makeover!! please help!!
Comments (17)You can paint the inside of FP opening charcoal and then I would go for a blue/grey and not greige. Those colors tend to be very dark. You have black furnishings and a blue/grey would look very fresh. Your art above FP has blue in it, so replace rug and get some pillows for sofa that will bring in the colors of the painting. Why not just put in some shelves, one big enough to hold tv. That would give a more open concept to room. If you need one enclosed to store components, that would fit also. I would not build up too high on the wall....See MoreRecommended photos in new upgrade?
Comments (16)Adding more detail to my earlier comment, I don't like that equal or even heavier page weight is given to questions a user may have regarding some photo and a brand new feature story. There is no separation between the "shop Houzz" and the so-and-so liked a picture or added it to an ideabook. I don't really care whether someone I don't know added a picture to their ideabook or asked a question about a photo but I would like to see the new stories that Houzz writers have done. Not many people have the time, energy or will to go through so much effort to find those new stories that have so many times given so much information to Houzzers. Please stop trying to fix things that aren't broken. All these changes are taking away the uniqueness of what we all loved about Houzz in the first place....See MoreJuliet Docherty
