Design Dilemma Kitchens

Need help finding a wallpaper I love.

We are doing a gut renovation on our kitchen. I have wallpaper that I love in my breakfast area, but with the extension I will need a bit more for a 2 feet wall extension. I can’t find the paper. Perhaps the Houzz community can. Pictures below.

Pictures haven’t loaded. It’s very slow on Houzz so make sure picture goes from opaque to clear before hitting submit.

HI -- Well the wallpaper was just done so there is no changing that , soooo I think you should paint the rest of that wall the same white as the white background of the wallpaper and paint fireplace mantel too. Then have two small matching cabinets painted the blue from the paper or the leaf color placed on each side of the fireplace. . Then have white or glass shelves above , maybe three is best . Now the rest of the room painted the exact color of your sofa . Because the room looks small I think it would look best to have the sofa blend into the walls color wise. Now just keep some of your room accents in the blue color but not too much. Remember not to clutter the shelves and if you don't want the shelves then have a large painting on each side and have a big round mirror over the mantel and keep the small items off the mantel and onto the side cabinets .

I don't understand, if you have wallpaper up, what are you painting? Is this a focal wall and you need paint for the other walls? How much natural light does the room get, because my first thought would be charcoal gray paint. You could also go with white, light gray or it looks like there's a bit of gold in the paper?

DO NOT USE DRUNK TANK PINK FOR A ROOM! Sorry, Groveraxle, but further down in the site you linked to it said, "Prisoners did respond and calmed down, as hoped, initially. Major goof: If they hung around too long, they became even more violent." Some police depts. have a pink room, but are cautioned not to let anyone remain in it more than 1 hour. It's called the rebound effect. I read about this while working for a state police agency.

Check out Lee Valley they have really long stainless handles and they go up to 1 meter long I have them on my pullout pantries
