Help with wood floor please
Hello everyone,
I have a dilemma with my wood floors. The first picture has been taken from my flat. The second is an example of a wood flooring colour we like.
Would it be possible to change the wood flooring to the second picture? Is it a difficult, long and expensive task? The flat is 80 sqm.

4 years agoThank you for your comment. The flat is set in a period building, is this floor old? Taking in consideration the living room is facing north, which colour wall would suit these walls?
Initially we wanted to use a powder pink colour but I am thinking more and more to paint it an off white paint.

Comments (4)I agree with the above comment a wooden floor with a rug will get you the best of both world's. Wooden floors are much easier to look after also, I think they tend to last longer than carpets which stain and become worn. If you are starting from scratch with furniture then do for it! You are right, the flat is in Lisbon! We are going to carry out some refurbishment works and I was thinking of doing the floors as well as I am not so keen on the wood color at the moment.
I will keep all your suggestions
in mind.
I had in mind green as it is my favourite color.Ideally I would like to use white/off white with some touches of green and powder pink.
The previous owner had a blue feature wall!!
