wasps (?) in the toilet...

Not sure if I’m imagining things but every week I find about 3 wasps (I think) either swimming in the toilet or crawling on the floor. It’s a tiny box toilet upstairs that is rarely used. Where could they be coming from and how do I find out??

I thought there may be a nest somewhere but after some googling it seems nests aren’t built around this time of year.

Also I am super scared of wasps...
