need help with K rend/door opening issue can

Hi all, serious dilemma this time with an issue we have with our alu bi-folds and K rend.
So the traffic door is supposed to open out to the left all the way to the wall. We had to move the whole frame forward of the opening to achieve this as my rogue builder didn’t order them properly.
That was all fine but now they came to K rend and we have a massive issue in that because the bead is 1cm deep, if we put it against the edge of the outer blockwork, the doors won’t open fully. This is because the outer blockwork runs out by half an inch!! On both sides as well. Someone didn’t use a spirit level when building it :0(
So now we have a problem because the bottom of the door is flush and is fine but the top of the block work sticks out. The only way to open the door to a reasonable amount (leaving 1ft from the wall) is to move the render bead to the right side by 10mm.
So then I would have to find some beading that will not only match the doors which are power coated smooth black alu, but it will need trimming to a taper at the bottom.
Honestly, it’s such a mess :0(
Any bright ideas??
Oh and I did wonder if there were special hinges that would swing the door out as that would solve the problem! My door manufacturer said they don’t do them.

Comments (22)What about 6 massive pots? Two one either side of the bay windows and one on either side of the front door. (I too have a massive gray gravel drive way. Trying to plant through the gravel brings on a whole other set of challenges. Pots are just more practical, for me anyway.) I love those trees in the lawn area.:) And the green trim. Comments (23)Hello Jen, I am so surprised that no one has mentioned vertical blinds to you? They are very much back in fashion and work beautifully in a room such as yours. They come in 3.5" veins, which mean they will fold back and tuck into each recess when fully open. They turn to let as much light in as you need and then close when you want full privacy. They will be fitted in the recess above the windows. You can either have one complete rail length or two so you have a separate section over the door. You can have what's know as a middle split, i.e: half goes left and right. Personally I would suggest one length that opens to the left, therefore leaving your door completely uncovered when open. The pulley system is very much like a roller blind and are safety fixed to the wall so children can not get caught in them. They come in a huge rang of colours and materials and better still they are very affordable. I am working with a number of new developments in Hertfordshire at the moment and these are what the clients are all asking for. Comments (11)I agree with 'Kitchens and Baths', you are leaving yourself precious little counterspace to accommodate 2 side-by-side wall ovens? Can't you stack them if you need 2? Also, a warning, I wouldn't be taking anything out of those ovens and "turning to the island" with them...not with a quartz countertop!! You'll have that whole end all scorched...unless you are quick and accurate with lots of trivets! But your "open shelving" is going to look like a pinched-in forgotten corner pantry...you really need more space for them too , if it is going to look right. Right now as it is, 2 feet of them are all but beyond reach (over the lower countertop) and then a mere 2 feet worth of actually OPEN, available space you can reach, then the monster of the floor to ceiling cabinet will be in the way. It will be like reaching around into a closet. I would seriously reconsider this design BEFORE your electrician shows up--and before you order all those (expensive!) cabinets. But as for the island 'crowding' the walkway--it looks as if your drawing says 1.2 meters? That's plenty and more than enough, even for running boisterous kiddos, you're fine there.
