bathroom layout help

Please help with this new bathroom layout two existing toilets are being knocked into one bathroom. Is leaving the shower behind the toilet the best option? It is the most cost effective to leave the plumbing where it is and just knock a walk way through( highlighted in red scribbles). Also would a bath like this be practical and suit the new bathroom?

Would you be prepared to give up the shower for a tub and shower? For the next five years it might be useful.You could remove the sink and shower and place the bath along that wall (with the shower fixture where it is)Hard to see space but could you fit a small sink in front of the window or next to where the shower was (again hard to tell your dimensions).....?

Also, do you really need a bath in it? You could stick in a 1500mm shower along the right hand wall but back towards the door then a toilet and sink opposite each other under the window. Loads of natural light at the sink (could even be a double sink) and plenty of room to move around without it feeling too cramped.

Hi there we are knocking two toilets into one bathroom. Trying to do this with as little work as possible so therefore trying not to change layout of original showers toilets etc. Will this layout work and also what do Houzz think of some if my decor ideas?
